Post arrived today and included a hand written envelope in writing I did not recognise. Having opened it I found a Christmas card, a tiny Christmas stocking containing two chocolate coins and a cheque from my 'old' boss for a Christmas bonus - an amount similar to that received last year!
So after all the fuss that has been dragging on for months it would now appear that both parties have paid bonuses which total more than last years. Left me feeling slightly confused and a little numb strangely, I'd be one of those people who clearly couldn't cope with a big lottery win.
