Another day another bank fraud and just like the last couple of times it seems that it comes as a surprise to those whose job it is to police such matters.
We've even been here before on this blog in 2008 when I seemed to have the touch of mystic Meg.
Just as an aside, the Independent's internal name for the photograph is 'naughty banker'.
