Freud and The Beatles
It suddenly occurred to me today that in the course of this weeks big clear out I had thrown away, without any apparent conscious effort, all the solo albums by Paul, George and Ringo and those albums Paul made under the heading of Wings or Paul McCartney and Wings but kept all of John's.
Seems he really was my favourite Beatle after all.

When I was 11 I clearly recall asking my teacher who Paul McCartney was. His reply was "only the most famous of the Beatles". "Who are the Beatles?" says me. They all passed me by although John did slip into my record collection later one and remains there although no longer listened to.
And you think that makes you cool, don't you? ;-)
Nope Gavin, it makes me young enough not to remember the Beatles!
