I Know I Did Promise but..............
I know everytime I put the words Fat and Frank in the same sentence Lucy let's me know he's fit but I was intrigued by what Ian Wright said on the radio tonight when discussing Frank 'missing' the Andorra game.
Wighty said: "I've known Frank since he was a young player at West Ham and he'd never miss a match he could be playing in. I've never met a player who has worked so hard for so long to try and keep his weight down."
So all these years us Hammers have been taking the mick because of his 'puppy fat' years down at the Boleyn he's really had a problem.

Lucy think Fat Fwank is Fit! Oh my, at what? My mother says never trust a man with thin lips and my mother is right about these things. Fwanks lips are so thin they almost disappear, unlike the rest of him.
Not in the fanciable way mags just in that he is not fat!
And he scores lots of points fro my fantasy team - so I wont have him called Fat! ;)
