Life's Rich Pageant
Come on be honest, you had to smile when Alex scored for PSV against Arsenal at Ashburton Grove didn't you? A player partly owned by Chelsea scores the goal that knocks their capital city rivals out of Europe, it couldn't happen to a nicer man could it Arsene.
Arsenal won't change their way of playing the French football professor keeps saying, well don't is what I say. To paraphrase Billy Joel "Don't go changing, it just won't please me." I don't want Arsenal to change from their girly style of 50 passes before crossing the half way line, the style that says "look at us, we are playing the beautiful game."
Yep, you carry on boys. Nothing is more pleasing in life than watching so-called Aristos being outplayed and outfought by football's Bash Street Kids (with aplogies to Chelsea, PSV, Blackburn, West Ham, Fulham etc etc).

I smiled (retrospectively) when Alex scored for Arsenal as well.
My ex-boss once told me that "the perfect is the enemy of the good".
This is something Arsene Wenger should take to heart, I think.
