Some People Can't Help Themselves

There has been a fair bit in the news recently about the need to complain correctly or responsibly, well the complaints desk at Stansted airport certainly has its share of the nutter on the bus.

Last year there were on average between 40 and 50 complaints a day, but out of the annual total a staggering 9,195 were made by just 14 people!

What makes you want to complain on average more than 650 times to the same people in a year? No complimentary soaps in the toilets, no bus service after 7 p.m, no special terrace for planespotters?
