Patience Is A Virtue
Having waited two years for this Canna to flower the moment finally arrived last week - of course now we are in the midst of a typical October storm it will be blown to pieces within the next few hours. Still, for a week it stood there magisterial in the autumnal light, the orange flower contrasting with the dark green/red leaves and the bare bamboo fence behind it.
