Any Port in A Storm
Well I have to say I'm completely underwhelmed by the appointment of Avram Grant as our new manager, much the same way as I was underwhelmed by the appointment of Gianfranco Zola. Still, let's give him some time, the pre season friendlies don't start for another 51 days when the Hammers Roadshow hits Burton.
Grant's first job should be to try and convince some of the younger players that they do have futures with West Ham. Mark Noble, James Tomkins and Jack Collison shouldn't be on their way out, they, along with Scott Parker, Herita Ilunga and Marek Stech should have a side built around them. Time to ship out those who aren't good enough: Rob Green, Matthew Upson and Carlton Cole (well that's three England Internationals proving I know nothing!) should be first out of the door, closely followed by Danny Gabbidon, Benny McCarthy, Mido, Boa Morte and any other of the expense wastes of space the club has accumulated over the past few seasons.

Mido? OMG! Surely a candidate for the All Time Bag of Shite award?
Mido and McCarthy, the large and larger of the Premiership.
I hate it when you do this...now I have to read all these posts...yes I do!
:-)
Sorry Span. I had written them all as I went but there were problems getting them loaded so they seem to have appeared alltogether
