Good old Nelly Furtardo eh? Shocked by the events in Libya she has donated the $1 million she snaffled from the Colonel when she performed for 45 minutes at his hotel in Italy four years ago to a charity. Who'd have thought it Gadhafi (or whichever way it's being spelled these days) would have been a fan of the singer. Was he a fan of the Maneater video and imagined Nelly captive in one of his own underground hideouts or did he like to whistle along at the end of 'All Good Things,' I guess we will never know.

Could it be the case that they'll take his money until it makes them look bad?
