Spots!
I always seem to run out of posting momentum around this time of year, perhaps it's the long evenings dragging me away from the computer, who knows.
So many things to post about but so little enthusiasm to post. Well this year, or this past fortnight I've had a reasonable excuse, spots. Yes, little red spots on my arms, feet and stomach. Apparently it wasn't shingles (sp?) but an allergy, not sure quite what it was an allergic reaction to but it's left my running on empty for the past fortnight.
I wanted to post about Rory Mcllroy and the sheer pleasure he gave this armchair golf fan over the weekend, also about the Coalition that seems to be morphing into the Tony Blair mutual appreciation society more and more each day, I always worry when politicians start speeches with the words, "We have listened," and about this glorious weather we are having - as the comedian Jenny Eclair said on Monday, "June is no longer June, from henceforth it shall be known as Drab."
So there you go.

drab used to be November!
I know what you mean...busy, hot weather, visiters, no time! Also...maybe it's age becaus erecently I have narrowed down an alergic reaction to prawns (things I've eaten all my life!) but now am having to forego the pleasure just in case!
You're right about the Coalition, New Labour 2.
My postings have been sparse too. On May 4th a horrendous situation arose at my wife's work and it's still not sorted after 7 weeks.
No doubt when things are resolved I will reveal all...or lots of it, to be more accurate.
Hi Guys.
Span funny you should say that a friend who grew up in Barbados is now allergic to seafood and has been told she could have a heart attack by her GP if she eats certain foods such as prawns.
Shy - looking forward to the revelations. btw a shot of Roker Pier is one of the photographs of the month in Digital Camera.
