Oh Bugger!
As if the Ladies losing on penalties to France on Sunday wasn't bad enough, as if Jenson Button's pit crew cocking-up his tyre change wasn't bad enough comes the news that our Robot team has been knocked out of the Robot Football World Cup 2011 in Istanbul. Let's face it, the only thing we seem to be good at now are fishing and bugging, if only we could combine the two into some sort of competition we'd be laughing.
You can read all about it here, providing of course you take your news from the completely unbiased and trustworthy BBC!

Hahaha for on that lsat paragraph. As I am sure I have expalined a mssaive percentage of the Beeb output is fine, same goes for the website...BUT I take great issue with some emphasis when none is needed and no emphasis (even ommission) with other issues and I am very happy that it is becoming much more apparent to many more people. BBC News plus things like Today etc have been chronicly bias (IMHO!) for years.
P.S. Sailing and rowing etc are still going well.
Ah but who was it (clue she was PM from 1979 to 1987) who said that the Today programme set the agenda for the day?
I enjoyed the ladies game although, as usual, the penalty shoot-out, was so frustrating (again).
Jill Scott went to school with my eldest daughter a lives just a few streets away. It's good to see an England footballer going about their business without paparazzi in pursuit.
