Not all sportsmen are thick but.....

If you happen to watch A Question of Sport you will know that Phil Tufnell's intelligence is as poor as his fielding was, in the last two weeks he has had to have explained what chronological and alliteration were. Well last night Darren 'Bobby Dazzler' Gough managed to surpass those shortcomings but saying that he'd never heard of the Globe Theatre but that he passed an Imax everyday on the way to work and he liked that. Gough was one of the best bowlers of his generation but clearly it's not just his Conservative leanings that leave something to be desired.

No sportsman (or woman) is as thick as Jason McAteer.

On his way home from a night out with the lads whilst at Sunderland he got a pizza on the way home. He asked for it to be sliced up and the bloke behind the counter said "Eight slices or six, sir?". Jason replied "Oh, six, please : I couldn't manage eight".

OK, I'll say it: what's an Imax?

Shy, that's really good.

Yes Jason McAteer the original thick crust.

Span it's one of those huge cinemas. No? Okay, back at the end of the 19th century a Frenchman called Louise Le Prince invented what came to be known as moving pictures, from there......(that's enough piss taking)
