According to the BBC Southampton equalised late in the game at Upton Park last night thus depriving us of two points. Late? The goal came after 75 minutes, that means 15 minutes (+5 stoppage) remained, sixteen per cent of the game was left. Applying that sort of mathematical logic I couldn't help wondering, do BBC journalists go to bed at 8 p.m because it's late in the day.

LOL, how would they describe the 91st, 92nd, 93rd (etc) minute goals
Years ago I heard a radio broadcaster begin to describe a goal by saying "Stan Bowles picked up the ball in midweek..."
