Not very subtle is it?
If you are of a certain vintage I'm sure you can remember the Not the Nine O'Clock News sketch where Rowan Atkinson played a vicar, permanently outraged by buildings that were, er, phallic shaped - "Nelson's Column? Pah! It is Nelson's willie!"
Well Darwin only knows what that character from the 1980's would have made of the new Beijing offices of the newspaper The People's Daily. The People's Daily is the main state-owned newspaper of China's communist party, and its, soon to be, headquarters are massive, imposing, and, shaped like a colossal penis.
Of course China being the country that has censored such cultural icons as Men In Black, Robbie Williams and The Rolling Stones, has put its office of Not Much Fun Going On Here munchkins on overtime to stop Chinese people on social media from laughing at the expense of the very paper in charge of controlling the country's message. Try entering any phrase in a search engine that even alludes to the building is met by a warning that such sites or information do not exist. The Chinese equivalent of Twitter and Facebook are being monitored should anybody dare type the words 'Building Giant Like Shaped Cock' in an approximation of the correct grammatical order and a huge condom will be released by a team of state employed pharmacists from a 500 ft high platform.
