Hello, Hello, good to be back etc (probably shouldn't use that given Gary Glitter's current non persona status - perhaps I was using the Oasis cooler version).

Anyway what a six months its been. Six months ago today I suffered a mild heart attack. The toughest part is the psychological effect its had on me - from the why me? through to the let's move on. I have been diagnosed with a dilated heart, this means the heart muscle is not working properly and I'll probably be on drugs for the rest of my life - however short or long that may be. This has been caused by a viral infection - although as my doctor told me I shouldn't be hard on myself as viral infections cannot be cleared up by medical means anyway.
