May You Live In Interesting Times (Part Deux)

Went back to hospital yesterday for the ECG Treadmill test which invloves being connected to a ECG machine via a dozen leads and a belt around my chest. I started at walking pace and then over a fifteen minute period the pace was increased until it was just below running speed.

After the test it was a twenty minute wait while the results were assessed and then I met the consultant who I had seen last week. It was good news, the ECG showed no abnormalities and my recovery time and blood pressure figures were all good. The doctor said he can only put down last weeks 'incident' as a one-off and doesn't suggest putting me on any extra medication.

The only downside was having my chest shaved again, I've got more bald patches than hair.

Next Friday I'm having my four months diabetic blood test taken, haven't I given enough this month already?

Hi Six,

Thanks for VT video.

It was great news at the hospital, it's amazing the psychological effect illness has on you - the why me, syndrome. Still, onwards and upwards.
