So who was it that made the complaint, a silly little girl who he didn't fancy or some long arm who took exception to him playing for West Ham?
Footballers aren't angels but there seem to be a lot of cases that come to light only to disappear before a date is set for court.

I'd bet nothing untoward actually happened. Footballers seem to be accused so often these days and the accusations never stand up to any scrutiny. Robin van Persie was accused of rape and nothing happened. I think there's a lot of people out there hell bent on causing trouble, getting 15 minutes of fame and receiving compensation at the end of it.
I agree Shy, you wonder how much some of the red tops actually have to do with these so-called 'incidents'.
I agree Sarnia, I think there's a thin line between making your prescence known and injuring somebody.
