Here Comes The Big One (Part Two)

Seven hours to go until Liverpool and Chelsea come face to face at Anfield in the second leg of the Champions League Semi-Final. As usual Maureen has been up to his usual tricks, putting down Benitez achievements and complaining about the appointment of a Spanish referee. The same Spaniard who was good enough to referee Chelsea in a previous Champions League match but we know that Maureen suffers from the occasional memory lapse.

My heart says Liverpool but my head says Chelsea, for the final of Europe's premier cup competition you should have two champions contesting it and therefore the final should be last seasons Premiership winners versus this seasons.

Interestingly looking at the comments on 606 this morning most people seem to be going for a Liverpool win tonight with Chelsea winning the tie. If Liverpool are to win they must score early, preferably a goal that cannot be disputed years later by certain people.

Your heart won this time!

Yes. I feel sorry for Sarnia (not in a condescending way) but how Maureen could call Liverpool a small club was beyond me.

Seems that Maureen has flipped. When he first arrived here he was a breath of fresh air and it didn't matter who he was having a pop at or what he said, it was genuinely funny and/or informative. Then he became very bitter and twisted (and no wonder when one considers the pressure he was probably under from his owner) and now, well unfortunately now, he's just a joke. Sad all the same. When I watched the post match interview last night I saw a broken man who to be honest looked very ill. Very sad.
