Sarah Palin adopts the Ellen Barkin-Angie Dickinson lookWhen Sarah Palin first appeared on the bigger political stage one of the biographical details that received most attention was the line about her being a former beauty queen. Looking at the photographs of her now it's hard to imagine that her appeal beyond the political elite would reach further than those who use google simply to type in the letters MILF. However the second of the two pictures below shows that beneath the publicity machine and the onscreen persona there's a very attractive woman - and the top picture should serve as a warning to that future son-in-law of hers!

Everwhere she's spoken there is good feeling about what she says: the bad stuff comes from the press and 'selected' interviews afterwards (lined up in advance, (see my reply to you on my blog re the networks) and now it seems she is being lined up to take the blame NOT by McCain but by the GOP shadows...all that crap re her wardrobe etc is coming from the Republicans!
She was actually such a spark in the McCain campaign that it upset everyone - look at how they compared HER to Obama instead of McCain. Have you heard Biden's name mentioned? Has he been "really" questioned? Has Obama been questioned AT ALL expect by Bill O'Reilly on Fox?...no he hasn't. It may well be a whitewash but not only in voting terms however it's not over until it's over! ;-)

What I've found interesting this week - up until Arnies appearance yesterday - is how the Republicans are falling out with each other on camera and yet the public are still saying 'we can win, it's the medias fault'.
John McCain's attitude to the Bush administration has been fascinating, it reminds me of Blair denouncing everything that went before 1997.
Sarah Palin...MILF...Google... that's just wrong! :-)
Personally, I think she's as mad as a fish.
