Will nobody think of the children?

Football consistently manages top shoot itself in the foot, well at least Theo Walcott does (although he has got better recently) and Arsenal's gift to its 20,000 'Junior Gunners' club members does take some beating.

Imagine you are a cheery, rosy cheeked Gooner opening their post this morning, at let's be honest we've all been excited children opening surprise post at some time, and out pop your special gifts. But what's this? Alex Song and RVP two ex-players feature in the packs. the horror!

Arsenal have put the whole thing down to the fact that the packs were ordered and printed before the two players left, that's fair enough, in my line of work I've found myself checking Christmas stock in July so I am aware of the lead time.  The red faces however aren't confined to the colour of the packs or the poor bugger who had to explain away the mistake, the person responsible for the Junior Gunners website needs a kick from Liam Brady up the bum because the site apparently still features Samir Nasri and Cesc. Rumours that Peter Simpson and Alan Sunderland are also on there have been denied.

Gooner goof. Very slack and not very good and I am surprised, you'd think the visitors to the site would highlight those errors.

Well, at least they can score goals, which is more than can be said for Sunderland!

and West Ham!

Interesting point about the website though, I've held back from pointing out errors on sites simply because they've been so obvious I've actually doubted myself.

I'm currently building a web site for a Ladies hairdressers. I'm being very, very careful with the term blow-DRY. No room for mistakes here!! :-)

With a hairdressing website do you have half a dozen ideas and then perm one from six?

And is it expensive or does the client just afro a few bob at you?
