Strange Days Indeed

Last night I had one of those 'my life's not going anywhere dreams' - these usually manifest themselves by having me driving blindly down a road (literally on one occasion), or sitting in a strange garden staring at the plants. Well last night it was the driving thing and because I couldn't see where I was going in a forward direction I decided to reverse and as I did so I knocked a motorcyclist off his red motor bike.

Anyway this morning I'm driving to work and can't see because of the low winter sun, it's so low that the visor doesn't help at all and what happens, a red motorcycle pulls out in front of me! Fortunately my conscious seems to have better control of my car than my sub-conscious and I didn't knock him off his Honda.

I hate dreams like that! Someone once told me that if you dream in colour (you normally dream in black and white apparently) it usually foretells of some future event. I have had some pretty vivid dreams with colours standing out and the majority have foretold of something related to the dream.

I don't know!

Do you have any other recurring dreams?

I'll show you mine if you show me yours.......

I often dream in colour Mags.

Recurring dreams? Oh Yes, playing football, being chased, losing my way, dreaming about my dead brother, getting to work and discovering the office has moved without telling me, being the lead guitarist in a rock group but not being able to play a note, lesbian ham.

I have really vivid dreams, have had since I was a small child - at least I don't sleepwalk, the stories I've heard about sleepwalking are scary indeed.

Sleep walking is indeed scary. I haven't for a very long time now but I used to, although I have no idea how regularly because of living on my own for so many years.

One very scary time was when I woke up in my pj's, immersed in a bath of cold water. I could have drowned! Then there was another time when I woke up slumped on the front door step, again in my pj's.

I think I'll blog about the recurring dreams though because they are much more interesting.
